Buy NowHi, I’m Linda Graziano. A dear friend of mine and former Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Man of the Year candidate nominated me for the 2020 LLS Woman of the Year. I have wholeheartedly accepted this nomination and along with my amazing team our mission is to sell 10,000 books over a 10-week period to help more than 1.2 million Americans living with blood cancers.
Growing up with my family has meant regularly encountering cancer. Six of my nine immediate family members over the past 50 years faced cancer in a variety of forms, including lymphoma, thyroid, glioblastoma, lung, skin and myeloma. We have suffered greatly, and it has not been easy. Each time hearing the words, “…has cancer”, was like a dagger to my heart.
Assembling this book reopened many of those wounds. However, I was compelled to complete the book in the hope that it could raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and ease the path.
Ideally, this book will inspire hope and provide a transformative journey for those facing difficult life challenges. Often, when fighting our most difficult battles, we gain insight and tap into strengths not previously manifested. I hope that this book can do that for you.
